You can view your monthly payslips via your online account ‘Engage’.
As you will be aware historically we have posted a payslip to you if your monthly net pension payment has changed by more than £1 from the previous month. Please note that as of April 2025, we have moved to digital-only payslips. Printed payslips will no longer be issued.
All scheme members can access their payslips securely via our secure online portal - 'Engage' – payslips will be available to view from the payment date of each month.

We have produced a guide to viewing your monthly payslip online.
Your online payslip shows you how much pension has been paid and how much income tax has been deducted. You will continue to receive your net monthly pension income from us on the last working day of the month.
