View and download your monthly payslip online
Your monthly pension payslip is available to view and download via your online pension account – ‘Engage’.
Pension pay dates for the next 12 months
If you receive a pension from the Berkshire Pension Fund (Local Government Pension Scheme) you will receive your pension through a direct payment into your bank account.
Regular payments are made into your bank account or building society account on the last working day of the month.

Please note these pay dates apply to UK bank accounts only. If you have your pension paid into an overseas bank account it may arrive a few days after the pay date quoted above.
In previous years we paid your pension slightly earlier in December, however since 2024 your December payment is made to your account on the last working day of the month in line with the rest of the year.
In April 2025 we moved to digital-only payslips. Printed payslips are no longer be issued.
All members can access their payslips securely via our secure online portal ‘Engage’ – payslips will be available to view from the payment date of each month.

We have produced a guide to viewing your monthly payslip online
From February 2026 onwards you will see a download symbol appear against your monthly pay information. If you click on the download symbol you will be able to keep a copy of your payslip for your records. Your payslip will be available to download from your pay date onwards (always the last working day of the month).
