'my pension ONLINE'

Guidance and information, logging on and using your account.

'Engage' - coming soon...

Please note our member self service portal – ‘my pension ONLINE’ is due to be upgraded in November with a new look and enhanced features. While our portal is being upgraded there may be disruption to the service so you may not be able to access the portal.

Once our new portal, ‘Engage’, goes live, all users will be prompted to ‘Create an Account’ - even if you are already registered. This step is essential to enable an additional layer of security for your login. We appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you to ‘Engage’ soon.

'my pension ONLINE' is an internet-based application, which enables you to securely access and update your own pension details online via The Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund website from the comfort of your own home or workplace using a desktop PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.
