Requesting pension estimates including estimates for retirement

In order to help you plan for retirement you can use the online benefit projectors available via your online pension portal - 'Engage'. 

Once you have logged in to your online account navigate to the 'Benefit Calculators' tile. A 'How To' guide is available to take you through the steps of using the benefit calculators.

If you would prefer you can contact the pension team to request an estimate of benefits to a future retirement date - please note we are limited to providing a maximum of two estimates per calendar year per employment.

Points to note: 

  • The figures produced via ‘Engage’ are an estimate only and are calculated by the Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund by reference to the relevant regulations in force at the time
     
  • If a divorce debit exists on your pension account as a result of a Pension Sharing Order, the benefit calculators and Annual Benefit Statement on your online portal will not take this into account. Please contact the pension team directly to request an estimate of pension benefits if this applies to you
     
  • Please contact your employer directly to request an estimate of pension benefits, if you are retiring for the following reasons:
    • with your employer's consent
    • redundancy
    • due to business efficiency
    • flexible retirement
    • ill-health retirement
