Our ‘my pension’ ONLINE portal is currently being upgraded to 'Engage’.

Engage is a secure, user-friendly platform designed to help you manage your LGPS pension in Berkshire.

What are the key features of ‘Engage’?

Access to your pension account 24/7

• Calculate your own pension estimates using our Benefit Projector

• Estimate your future retirement income with Engage’s Retirement Planner

• Access your current and past Annual Benefit Statements

• Keep your personal details and beneficiary information up to date

• Use the secure document upload facility

• View your pension payslips and P60 information online

How to register for Engage: 

If this is your first time signing into ‘Engage’ all users will be prompted to ‘Create an Account’ - even if you're already registered for our previous portal – ‘my pension ONLINE’. You will only have to complete this step once but it is essential to enable an additional layer of security to be applied to your login. 

Visit our Engage welcome page and select ‘Create an Account

  1. Tick the box and select ‘Let’s Begin
  2. Enter your Surname, Date of birth and National Insurance number - click ‘Submit
  3. If the information you have submitted matches the data held on our pension records you will be sent an email to the email address we hold for you on file. Please check your spam and junk folders for this email. If you haven’t received it within 10 minutes of entering your details please contact us for assistance. If we do not hold an email address for you on file we will send an Activation code in the post to enable you to complete your registration – please see section: Engage account creation – no email address.
  4. Once you have clicked on the link in the email you will be asked to create a new password – your password must contain: 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 special character.
  5. Click ‘Submit
  6. Your account has now been created and you can login to ‘Engage’

If this is your first time registering for Engage and we do not hold an email address for you on file or you are a brand new member of the Berkshire Pension Scheme you should receive an Activation code by post. Once you have received your Activation code please follow these next steps: 

Visit our Engage welcome page and select ‘Create an Account

  1. Select ‘I have an activation code
  2. You will be asked to enter your Surname, Date of birth, National Insurance number and the Activation code you have received in the post. Click the ‘Submit’ button once you have entered these details
  3. To complete the setup process you will be asked to enter your email address and click the ‘Confirm email
  4. You will then be asked to create a password – your password must contain: 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 special character. Click ‘Submit
  5. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email address
  6. Enter the 6-digit code you have received and click ‘Continue
  7. Your account has now been created and you can login to ‘Engage’:

When creating your login details we recommend that you use your personal email address rather than a work one so that you can access your account if you leave your job or retire.
